Actively open housing almost every weekend, we have noticed an early start the Spring market.  The nice weather has been bringing buyers out to Bearspaw, and we are routinely seeing 10+ groups of visitors in an afternoon.  In the city, this is easy to achieve since there is more drive-by traffic, but commanding these kinds of numbers in a rural setting is indeed impressive.
